Link a private external-channel identity to a Dawn account.

This is a built-in Dawn product slash command. It performs a deterministic product action rather than starting an open-ended agent run.

Visible in supported private external chats such as Slack DMs, Teams personal chats, Telegram private chats, and Discord DMs.

Notes

Use this from the private chat identity you want Dawn to recognize. For privacy, do not run it from a shared channel.
